Return / Exchange Policy

At Nostrum Fashion, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read the information below carefully to understand our return and exchange process.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

• 7-day hassle-free return and exchange from the date of delivery.
• A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 applies to all return requests.
• Exchange allowed only once per item and subject to size availability.
• No return or exchange on already exchanged items.
• Promotional or discount offers may restrict return/exchange.

2. Sale Order Policy

• No returns on sale items.
• Only one exchange allowed per item.
• Exchange for same or higher-value product (price difference payable).
• Subject to size availability.

3. Pickup & Return Process

• Two reverse pickup attempts will be made.
• If pickup fails, the customer must self-ship the product.
• Reverse pickup is subject to pincode serviceability.
• If pickup is delayed beyond 2 days, contact support to reschedule.

4. Condition of Returned Items

• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
• Returns failing quality checks will be rejected without refund.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds initiated within 1 business day after verification.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method.
• COD Orders: Refunded as store credits (valid for 6 months).
