Return / Exchange Policy
At Nostrum Fashion, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read the information below carefully to understand our return and exchange process.
1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
- 7-day hassle-free return and exchange from the date of delivery.
- A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 applies to all return requests.
- Exchange allowed only once per item and subject to size availability.
- No return or exchange on already exchanged items.
- Promotional or discount offers may restrict return/exchange.
2. Sale Order Policy
- No returns on sale items.
- Only one exchange allowed per item.
- Exchange for same or higher-value product (price difference payable).
- Subject to size availability.
3. Pickup & Return Process
- Two reverse pickup attempts will be made.
- If pickup fails, the customer must self-ship the product.
- Reverse pickup is subject to pincode serviceability.
- If pickup is delayed beyond 2 days, contact support to reschedule.
4. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Returns failing quality checks will be rejected without refund.
